I know the mouse can also connect via blue tooth (I tried it with my laptop in addition to using the receiver, and they both function exactly the same). I really don't know what else I can do to diagnose the problem. Ways to Download Logitech Unifying Software on Windows 11 and 10 The Logitech unifying software is the ultimate driver for all the devices you connect. This PC is also Windows 10, same version. The driver software would not detect the wireless receivers/devices.
